PREOPERATIVE

Medication Notice:
Discontinue medications that may affect blood coagulation at least 2 weeks before surgery, as advised by your doctor.
Medical History Communication:
If you are receiving treatment for hypertension, heart disease, diabetes or thyroid disorders, please inform our consultant and surgeon in advance.
Physical Condition:
Please notify us in advance if you have flu-like or other respiratory infection symptoms, or if you are menstruating.
Lifestyle Requirements:
Follow your fasting instructions before surgery. Unless otherwise instructed, avoid food and water for 8 hours before the procedure.
Personal Hygiene:
Take a shower with mild soap on the day of surgery. Do not use skincare products, cosmetics or nail polish. Remove all jewelry and contact lenses.
Travel Preparation:
Please wear loose, comfortable cardigan-style clothing. Since driving is not recommended after surgery, arrange for an accompanying adult to escort you home.

POSTOPERATIVE

Early Postoperative Period (Days 1-3):
Swelling, bruising, or mild drainage from the treatment area may occur during the early recovery period.
Wound Care (1st Week):
Keep the incision area dry for 7 days after surgery, and do not rub or squeeze the treated area.
Compression Garment Use (After Bandage Removal):
To support postoperative contour management, your surgeon may recommend wearing a compression garment for 2 to 3 months.
Lifestyle Requirements:
Avoid alcohol and smoking for 4 weeks after surgery.
Discomfort Management:
A burning sensation at the liposuction site may occur and can usually be managed with medication prescribed by your doctor. Discomfort and contour changes vary by individual healing.
